You will be responsible for leading the development of layout, specifications, visualizations, ordering, and overseeing the implementation of designs on-site.
Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technician to join a well-established automation company based in Toronto, Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems, including PLC systems, motor control, and high voltage substations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
– Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
– Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
– Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
– Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve systems performance

Qualifications:
– Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
– 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
– Knowledge of PLC systems and motor control
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
