Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer concerns, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. You will also work closely with our development team to identify and address any product bugs or issues.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat
– Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
– Collaborate with the development team to address product bugs and issues
– Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
– 2+ years of technical support experience
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing systems
– Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
