Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
– Oversee production scheduling and ensure on-time delivery of products
– Manage inventory levels and monitor product quality
– Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency
