Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage the nursing department in our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
– Coordinate and manage day-to-day nursing operations
– Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
– Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
– Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications:
– Registered Nurse (RN) license
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
