Two positions are currently open for Project Managers in the field of Environmental Assessment and Studies within Public Works – Water and Wastewater. The Project Managers will be responsible for monitoring and completing projects using a designated methodology, as well as identifying resources and stakeholders and leading project teams.
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to staff members, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
– Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
– Assisting with bookkeeping and financial tasks
– Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
– Conducting research and generating reports as needed
– Providing general administrative support to staff members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
