Alair Homes Red Deer is seeking a full-time Project Manager who must relocate to Red Deer, Alberta. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in person
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
– Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
– Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure
– Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies
– Train employees on how to use software and hardware effectively
– Document and update IT systems and procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
– Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
