Job Description:

We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to take the lead of our ongoing projects and provide support where needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page
– Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
– Prepare and update project documentation and reports
– Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
– Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Previous experience in project coordination or related role
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools
