Job Description:

Our company is looking for a capable and reliable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, checking HVAC systems, and conducting equipment inspections
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
