Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business relationships. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of clients, including developing relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
– Work closely with the sales team to provide support and input on client accounts
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are being met

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3+ years of experience in account management or business development
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience in the tech industry is a plus
