Nurse Manager – Long Term Care

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee Long Term Care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nursing staff, creating and implementing care plans for patients, and ensuring the facility is in compliance with all regulations. In addition, the Nurse Manager will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Develop and implement care plans for patients in Long Term Care
– Ensure the facility complies with all regulations and standards
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
– Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
– Current RN license
– 5+ years of experience in Long Term Care
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of regulations and standards related to Long Term Care
