Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
– Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and building relationships with potential clients
– Manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and create effective sales strategies
– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and support product launches
– Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
