Position: Fund Development Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Our client, a non-profit organization based in Toronto, is currently seeking a Fund Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from various sources, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Responsibilities:
– Design and execute fundraising campaigns to meet annual revenue targets
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
– Research and identify new funding opportunities
– Prepare grant proposals and reports
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund development or a similar role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
