The company is seeking a Resourcing and Mobilization Manager to oversee the strategic planning and allocation of resources for a project. The manager will be responsible for managing the project organization chart and resource allocation.
Job Description:

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ontario, Canada

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner
– Providing accurate information to customers about products and services
– Handling customer complaints or issues and finding appropriate solutions
– Processing orders and managing customer accounts
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
