Position: Accounting Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including processing invoices, assisting with financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
– Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
– Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
– Maintain and update financial records and databases
– Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
– Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
– Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
