Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
