Ricoh Graphic Communications is looking for a Specialist to join their customer-centric team focused on empowering digital marketing efforts. The Specialist will provide program support and work closely with the RGC Marketing team to provide insight and feedback.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
– Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
– Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
