Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vancouver, BC
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Vancouver. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answering inbound customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Troubleshooting technical issues and providing assistance with account maintenance
– Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member
– Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
