Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues
– Processing customer orders and returns
