Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Filing and organizing documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Making travel arrangements
– Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
