The company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead their SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management, coordination, execution, and completion of the project, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and have excellent time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
