Job opportunity for a Senior Training Manager with strong communication and presentation skills, ability to perform Needs Analysis and formulate development plans, and excellent project management skills.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and greet visitors
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform data entry and update spreadsheets
– Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
