Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to processing paperwork, maintaining HR databases, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Prepare and maintain employee records, including organizing personnel files and updating HR databases
– Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations
– Process paperwork related to employee benefits, leave of absences, and other HR transactions
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
