Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
– Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
– Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team member
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends and developments
– Provide training and guidance to customers as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
– Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
– Experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Customer-focused attitude and a passion for technology
