Job Description
Our client, a well-established financial services company, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
