Job Description:

Speridian Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Oshawa, ON. The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of client projects and will be responsible for the successful delivery of these projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of client projects from initiation to closure
– Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
– Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
– Identify and mitigate project risks
– Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in project management
– PMP or CAPM certification is preferred
– Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Ability to travel to client sites as needed
