Title: Assistant Manager / Training Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year

Job Description:

Our client, a leading construction company, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager / Training Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all training programs for the organization, as well as providing support to the operations team.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees at various levels
– Develop and maintain training materials and resources
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
– Track and monitor employee progress and performance
– Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
– Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify training needs
– Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination or related roles
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of training methods and techniques
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
