Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Our company is seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order status
– Processing orders and providing order confirmations
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing technical support to customers as needed
– Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications:
