Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

– Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
– Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
