Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterloo, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will resolve billing and payment issues, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely manner
– Processing orders and payments accurately

– High school diploma or equivalent
