Position: Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, including handling clerical duties, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
