Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and mentor the store team, providing coaching and support to ensure team members are meeting and exceeding performance goals
– Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked
– Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
– Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic to the store
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
– Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
