Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the organization’s objectives and brand. The Communications Manager will also oversee all internal and external communications, including media relations, social media, and public relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to enhance brand awareness and promote our products and services
– Manage all media relations and act as a spokesperson for the organization
– Create and manage content for various communication channels, including press releases, websites, and social media platforms
– Oversee the organization’s internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement
– Lead crisis communications and manage reputation management activities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with overall business objectives
– Track and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role, with proven success in developing and implementing communication strategies
– Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
– Experience in media relations and crisis communications
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools/software
– Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
