Job Description:
Our client in North York is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, processing orders, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Processing orders and providing order status updates to clients
– Resolving customer issues and escalating as needed
– Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
– Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
