Job Description:

Our client, a well-established manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the production department, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise production staff and manage workflow to meet production targets
– Implement production schedules and allocate resources effectively
– Monitor quality control measures and ensure products meet company standards
– Train, coach, and motivate staff to improve performance and productivity
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
– Evaluate production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
– Prepare reports on production activities and recommend solutions for identified problems

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
– Proven experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed
