Our Public Sector Client in Richmond, BC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee infrastructure automation/Infrastructure as Code projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. The position may require occasional travel to the client’s location on a monthly or as-needed basis.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assisting clients with product information and order processing
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Providing support to sales team
