Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Sedona, AZ. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure hotel rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards
– Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
– Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
– Coordinate with the front desk staff to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
– Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
