A public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in project management, government experience, and the ability to manage large projects. The role involves leading multiple projects, including a digital portal project.
Job Description:

Our company is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
– Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
– Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
– Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
– Keep accurate records and documentation related to HR activities
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company and legal requirements
– Assist with other HR projects and initiatives, as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
– 3+ years of experience in human resources
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
