Position: Office Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Support HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication
– Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
– Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
