Position: Operations Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 a year

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the company, including managing team members, scheduling, and ensuring efficiency.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes.
3. Work with the executive team to set company goals and monitor progress towards achieving them.
4. Hire and train new employees, as well as conduct performance evaluations.
5. Develop and maintain budgets, track expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
6. Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure overall success.
