Customer Service Representative

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, inquiries, and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
– Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
– Update customer information in the database
– Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:
