Experienced Project/Program Manager needed for Revenue Operations PMO Team to oversee Quote to Cash operations and ensure project and program excellence.
Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Coordinating travel arrangements
– Maintaining office supplies and equipment
– Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
