We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
– Developing job descriptions and job requirements
– Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
– Screening resumes and conducting interviews
– Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
– Providing feedback to candidates
– Negotiating job offers with potential candidates
– Maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
– Assisting with onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of recruitment experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
