Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage office operations and administrative staff
– Coordinate schedules and appointments
– Maintain and update office policies and procedures
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Handle incoming calls and correspondence
– Liaise with vendors and suppliers
– Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding and payroll
– Coordinate meetings and events
– Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Prior experience in office management or administration
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office suite
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
