Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
