Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
– Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders
– Track project progress and identify any potential issues or risks
– Help to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
– Provide administrative support to project managers as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience working in a project coordinator role is preferred
