Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities and duties:
• Maintaining accurate records of all customers’ correspondence and transactions
• Responding to general inquiries via phone or email
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the department

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using customer relationship management software is an asset
