Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing accurate and timely information to customers
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
– Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
