Job Description
Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Provide general support to visitors
– Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
