Job Description: Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– High School diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
