Lush Beauty is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing support to the customer service manager.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets
– Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to ensure quality and effectiveness
– Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
– Assist with customer inquiries and complex cases as and when required
– Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
– Assist in the recruitment and training of new customer service team members
– Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service operations

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment
– Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
